The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets and any borrowings in component securities of the ICE BofA BB-B U.S. Cash Pay High Yield Constrained Index, which holds U.S. dollar-denominated below-investment grade U.S. corporate bonds rated BB1 through B3 that are currently paying coupons, with issuer exposure capped at 2%.
