The Defiance AI Capacitors Leaders ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the BITA AI Capacitors Leaders Index (the “Index”).

The initial universe consists of all publicly listed equity securities for which sufficient relevant information is available from public sources. The initial universe is screened using the following criteria, which are based on each company’s financial information for the most recent quarter: To be eligible for inclusion, a company must derive significant business exposure from the development, manufacture, or supply of products utilized within AI servers, AI accelerators, AI networking equipment, hyperscale data centers, and related AI infrastructure applications.
